Processing Time

We pride ourselves on the quality of every Feosam bottle. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and expected delivery time is 3-5 business days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer FREE shipping across Pakistan. We aim to get your signature scent to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Order Accuracy & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our perfumes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or leaked, please contact us at via the website form within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the damaged bottle, and we will arrange a replacement for you immediately.

• Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to redirect the package.

International Shipping

Currently, Feosam ships exclusively within Pakistan.
